For groups of 8 to 24 or so, we create itineraries and provide an expert guide for destinations and activities throughout the Bay Area. (We work with even larger groups: let's discuss your proposed itinerary, and we'll assess if it's feasible. If not with us, we refer you to reputable partners.)

We usually charter a 27-passenger minibus with large windows and fabric seats. Our drivers are licensed, experienced and friendly.

Restaurants that we frequent accommodate large groups comfortably and offer excellent food and efficient service. Of course, you may suggest your favorites.

What will it Cost?

Because each tour is designed to fit your requirements, our fees vary. There are so many factors in a group tour that it's best if you just call us at 800-960-8099 (510-533-9211 for international customers), or e-mail us to discuss what you'd like to do.

When planning for your incentive trip, family outing or educational venture, we will work within your budget, which should account for—

comfortable, appropriate transportation
a meal: at a restaurant, in a box at a picnic ground… or time for guests to have lunch on their own, in downtown Sausalito or St. Helena, for example
admission fees, tasting fees
guide services
translator service (where needed).

The fee for any tour of 4 hours or more will begin at $85 per-person for a group of 10, $45 for 20, and so forth. Our goal is for your guests, family, co-workers to return from a day with us with nothing but praise for you for having made it happen.
