Palace Hotel 'Garden Court," San Francisco
After Dark Tour of San Francisco
What to do if your schedule allows only one free evening?
Sometimes your convention schedule just won't allow a daytime exploration of the City by the Bay, or your layover at SFO or Oakland happens in the evening rather than during optimal daylight hours. So what's a visitor to do? Let us plan a night tour for you—3 hours long, or if you include a stop for dinner at one of our world-class restaurants, perhaps 5 hours. Some major attractions are illuminated and open at night--Chinatown, City Hall, Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, Treasure Island, North Beach, The Castro, magnificent lobbies of the "grande dame" historic hotels. Maybe you'll even have time to ride one of our famous cable cars, to get a sample of what makes San Francisco "Everybody's Favorite City."
